An American Girl: McKenna Shoots for the Stars

The latest “American Girl” movie was shot in Winnipeg and Stonewall in 2011. Winnipeg-born Nia Vardalos returned to her hometown to film her lead role. The movie is produced by Debra Martin Chase (The Princess Diaries, The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants) and will be released on DVD July 3rd, 2012 and will air on NBC July 14th, 2012.

Beethoven's Christmas Adventure

The Beethoven holiday movie for Universal Studios Home Entertainment will be the 7th film in the series featuring everyone’s favourite St. Bernard. The production is helmed by award-winning director John Putch, who has recently directed episodes of Cougar Town and Ugly Betty.
